Who are Klarna?
Bright Spark Electrical Services has partnered with Klarna, a payment provider, to offer you easy payment options. Klarna was founded in 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden to offer easier online shopping. Klarna is now one of Europe’s largest banks offering solutions to 60 million people, via 90,000 merchants in 14 countries.
How does ‘Pay later’ work?
Within two days of receiving your payment confirmation you’ll receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions. You’ll then have up to 30 days to use your purchase before you have to pay.
Complete the payment online with no extra cost.
You can pay using a credit or debit card at klarna.com.
Who is eligible for ‘Pay later’?
You must be 18 or over and if you choose this option Klarna will assess your status, this will not affect your credit rating.
What do I have to provide for ‘Pay later’?
Klarna will require your email address (so that Klarna can send you statements), your mobile number (just in case Klarna need to contact you) and your date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or over).
Do you do a credit search if I choose ‘Pay later’?
Klarna may run, so called, unrecorded enquiries, or soft credit searches. These searches do not affect your credit score and are only visible to you and Klarna; they are not visible to other lenders.
Why have I not been offered ‘Pay later’?
The ‘Pay later’ option is not always available as the option is generated by algorithms that consider a number of factors including order value, previous order history and stock availability. You should still be able to complete your order by paying with a credit or debit card at the checkout.
What happens if I want to cancel or return my order?
Contact: Bright Spark Electrical Services. Klarna will be notified as soon asBright Spark Electrical Services confirms the cancellation/return; Klarna will then issue a refund and/or cancel outstanding payments as appropriate.
How will I be refunded?
You will be issued a refund on the card you used to pay for the order.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Klarna will send you a reminder two days before the payment is due. You’ll continue to receive email reminders until the order has been paid. If the payment is very late Klarna will also send a text or letter. Your credit score will be affected if you fail to pay Klarna for your order.
Is my payment information secure?
Your payment information is securely processed by Klarna. No credit card details are transferred to or retained by Kuhn Rikon UK.
Can I pay before the due date?
You can pay for your order at any time after receiving the email from Klarna that includes the payment details. Just follow the instructions on the email.

My external security lights had failed and because they were over 20 years old, several electricians felt unable to help me. I then asked Karen from Bright Sparks to get involved.
